Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) April 20, 2005
Four top IT entrepreneurs have joined forces to create ATTEVO, a forward-looking emerging technology advisory firm, and to create high-paying, high-tech jobs in Ohio.
ATTEVO principals are: C. David Snyder, chairman, chief executive officer and president; Howard Cleveland, chief creative officer; Joseph Burmester, vice president and chief financial officer; and Kelby Kostival, vice president.
Snyder built REALOGIC before he sold it to Computer Associates in 1998. Cleveland founded DigitalDay, a leading edge web development firm. Kostival was director and co-founder of Infinis, a professional consulting firm. Burmester was vice president of Acero, a software and services provider to the life sciences market. In recent years, both Cleveland and Kostival received Ernst & YoungÂs Entrepreneur of the Year award.
ATTEVOÂs mission: ÂTo empower organizations to be more successful by helping them build and sustain positive relationships with their customers, partners and employees through the use of contemporary and emerging technologies.Â
The companyÂs roots stem from collective experiences gained from three highly successful enterprises  Realogic, DigitalDay and Infinis.
ÂThrough our decades of experience, we are extremely skilled at using contemporary and emerging technology to create positive experiences every time a person touches the technology of one of clientÂs enterprises, said Cleveland.
Why Ohio? Why Cleveland? ÂThis is our home, said Snyder. ÂWeÂve made valuable life-long relationships with people who share our Midwest values and our goal is to build a thriving IT company that will help our state and our city prosper.Â
Since September of 2004, ATTEVO has created 22 high-tech jobs in downtown Cleveland. The principals expect to add an additional 30 new positions by the end of 2005. ÂWhatÂs more, we hope to be celebrating the addition of our one hundredth Cleveland-based employee and a payroll approaching $10 million in 2006, Snyder said.
ATTEVO will market its services to several business sectors such as, consumer products, insurance, technology, banking, finance and manufacturing companies, as well as the public sector including universities. ÂWe are currently reaching out to several universities in our city and state to develop programs that will nurture students and provide them an opportunity to build careers in our community, Kostival added.
ATTEVOÂs practice areas include: Experience-based Technology Planning and Strategy, Implementation and Support.
ATTEVO is headquartered in the Baker Building on East 6th Street in downtown Cleveland. ATTEVO plans to grow through partnering and acquisitions. The company is currently in discussions with firms that complement their technology offerings in other states and countries.
In order to meet revenue projections, ATTEVO will continue to expand its business to other parts of the country and the world.
ATTEVO is privately owned and is self-financed.
