Using Castelle’s FaxPress Application Programming Interface (API), PaperWise developed a bi-directional interface that updates the Castelle fax record to indicate successful imports and provides the PaperWise record ID as reference. The system seamlessly directs all inbound faxes into the appropriate PaperWise workflow, automatically indexing and routing according to the inbound fax number. This completely eliminates manual inspection and routing, printing and rescanning, and provides immediate delivery to the appropriate recipient or queue.
