Manteca Mom with MS is Putting Together an MS Telethon for MS Awareness and to Find a Cure - She has the MS Society on Her Side Along with Golden Palace.com

Californian Mom need Media help to start a first MS Telethon in california or nation wide.

(PRWEB) April 21, 2005 -- Manteca, California Goldenpalace.com just recently purchased rights to Ana Torres wheelchair which is motorized. She had listed the picture on her auction showing others what it would look like. And it is pictured on the Goldenpalace.com website.

She has her own website: www.goldenpalacewheelchair.com to help others with ms with information and other dieases. And Now she has www.mstelethon.org. She has done this with the money she got from Golden Palace auction and is trying to set up an MS telethon like Jerry lewis did for MD. Alot of people thinks of MS is
MD and think they are are going to be one of jerry's kids. But they are wrong it is totally different. Ana Torres has MS and she thought this when she got the news. But thru education of MS she found out it surely isnt the case.

So she has a goal now to put together with a lot of help from everyone she can think of to make this a first. MS has their walk a thon, jog a thon, and now ms telethon. She is asking the media for help to put this together, she is going to need a place to do this, air time, volunteers, entertainment, and hopefully celebrities to partipate and donate items for the cause.

Since she has MS Society involved in this she say they are will be the third party so those who donates will get the tax break. It will tax deductable. So If you can help out, media, newspapers, stars, tv stations,phone company, radio. This is going to be a huge event. No date is set this all the planning is done. She has an auction on ebay under nani1987 for help on costs. 90% will go to the telethon.10% is going to her cost she has so far spent. She is on SSDI and this is an unselfish act and would be nice if we can get more involved in this and make it national.

She has been on ABC7 news ,David Lawerance show , kwin radio station, and will be on Modesto channel 14 friday 4/29/05 to show off her new chair.
