Today, Sploofus is officially entering a seed-stage venture capital round. Our goal is to raise money for the implementation of a comprehensive business plan that will diversify the Sploofus Engine in new market segments, with fewer usage constraints and limitations. This capital will be used for many things, some of which include:

  • Full-time and responsive support staff
  • Larger and faster rewards
  • Enhanced network infrastructure
  • Real-time multiplayer games
  • Massive marketing campaigns to attract new users
  • Commercial software licensing models

Sploofus is the first of many Aggregate Data Gateway's (“ADG”) developed and deployed by Fourfront Communications Inc. (“FCI”).

FCI has defined an Aggregate Data Gateway as a proprietary web application which harvests user data and reciprocates with managed content, providing value for multiple stakeholder channels and revenue models. The Company has developed an initial product that takes advantage of a ubiquitous form of entertainment (trivia), with personal computers, handheld devices, and the Internet via user-generated online content portals. It's current and future products will extend the presence, functionality and value of managed information into the home and readily identified business segments.

FCI’s fundamental promise of value is the fulfillment of innovative data-driven web applications to various stakeholders. FCI is creating a differentiation in the market by offering an “entertainment driven offering” to data aggregation and the commitment to provide a superior customer experience. FCI’s core function is to continuously innovate, design, market and distribute these web applications as content delivery channels. In addition to developing front end software, another core function is the development of back end data systems, managed content delivery and data mining systems.

FCI’s mission is to create the worlds largest aggregate source of trivia, survey and poll questions in a format suitable for both academic and commercial leverage. Secondary to data aggregation, FCI seeks to develop front-end web applications which allow customers to capitalize on FCI data sources.

Based on our research, FCI envisions a future where international consumers retract from their televisions and converge in the Internet entertainment space. Assuming a quixotically ambitious goal of promoting academia, FCI aims to recruit these consumers as subscribed users. Our competitive advantage, however, is FCI’s ability to sustain and repurpose its software for corporate clients wishing to measure and promote employee knowledge and incentive driven promotional programs.

Rather than rallying a VC round from multiple stakeholders, Sploofus is seeking a single investor or investment group to complete this initial round of funding.
