Palm Beach Gardens, FL (PRWEB) April 22, 2005 --- Of all the human emotions, anger is probably the one that everyone experiences the most often. But, just as many people do not know how to resolve anger in a positive, healthy manner.

Learning how to effectively deal with this raw emotion is the focus of a one-day seminar entitled, Anger Resolution Workshop" by Pastor John Baudhuin.

For the Christian and non-Christian anger is expressed much of the time in negative, destructive, self-defeating ways that often leads to a heap of relational problems."

The things you are going to learn will not change the other person but you will experience the freedom of having let go of the anger," says Baudhuin. It is amazing how Christs peace permeates us as anger resolves."

The Anger Resolution Workshop is the latest in a series of teachings being conducted at Covenant Centre International in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This special series on Saturday April 23, 2005 from 9:30AM to 1:00PM is open to the public.

Pastor John Baudhuin is an ordained minister and oversees the area of pastoral care for Covenant Centre International. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and is a Certified Addictions Professional.

Covenant Centre International, with Lead Pastor Norman D. Benz, is a congregation of 450 members. Covenant continues to meet at 3960 RCA Blvd, Suite 6003 while permanent facilities are being re-built. Hurricane Frances and Hurricane Jeanne destroyed the churchs building in September 2004.
