Of course they are perfect for the larger purpose here, which is to offer email services at memorable domain names to people suffering with impossible to remember, ISP-supplied email addresses. "Many people don't realize that they don't need to use the email account supplied them by their ISP," said Miller, "Together with our technical partners, we supply email services as robust as anything out there, and more user friendly. DvmxMail is not free. There is an annual charge of $32.50 for the service. What about the free email services? "They cover their costs with advertisements." said Miller, "It's up to you, do you want that when you read your mail? We recommend people use a free webmail service account for times when they don't want to reveal their personal email address, such as signups and lists, and product registrations, let the spam mail go there. That way you keep the private email account clean."
What's next on the agenda? "Later this year we will implement a blog-creation service across many of our domains, to make it easy for independents to create and manage their own blogs clustered around certain themes- such as Gaia, or Zen, etc. We hope to be making a reef in cyberspace where people can find their voice- and be found in the crowd."
