Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation appoints NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc. (www.RealEstateArts.com) for New Image Campaign

New York (PRWEB) April 22, 2005 -- Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation appoints New York Citys Real Estate Arts, Inc. to direct new image branding and promotional campaign.

(PRWEB) April 24, 2005 -- Real Estate Arts, Inc. (REA) has been appointed by the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) to direct a new branding and promotional campaign. The objective of this image overhaul is to dispel some of the negative myths associated with Dutchess County business. REA will be creating an entirely fresh look for DCEDCs advertising, brochures and direct mail pieces as well as designing a new website.

Dutchess has struggled with a perception problem. Many companies believe it is too far from New York, too rural, and does not have the skilled workforce needed for success, when just the opposite is true," says Real Estate Arts president and founder Michael Goodgold.

Likewise, Forbes/Milken voted Dutchess County as the #1 Best Place for Business and Careers" four years running. It is also home to five prestigious colleges and ranked one of the 13 hottest high-tech regions in America" by the Wall Street Journal.

The goal of the DCEDC, a business-led economic development corporation, is to sustain, enhance and diversify the economic base and quality of life of Dutchess County by proving that its more than just a simple country paradise.

Our promotional message is designed to play on the contrast between quality of life in Dutchess County and technology innovation, showing that they are not mutually exclusive but rather can blend together harmoniously," adds Goodgold.

Just 60 miles north of New York City, Dutchess County is a viable place to start or expand a company. The DCEDC and Real Estate Arts have set out to prove it with this exciting new image campaign.
