(PRWEB) April 24, 2005 -- Mother of two , grandmother of one and a nurse (RN) giving graphics in which she designs in her spair time away for free, for personal web pages , school projects or even business pages.

Find this hard to believe? So did I, so I checked out http://www.graphicsforfree.com . Its not to often you come across something now a days for free without a catch but this one was the real deal. Graphicsforfree.com Owned by a 47 year old female named Sabina from a little town by the name of Glace Bay.

In her spare time sabina draws images and animations using programs such as paint to upload on her webpage for people from all over the world to download for free with no catch. There where no popups on her page
Which I found hard to believe, and no popups that came up 10 minutes after leaving which is a new form of advertising that personally drives me crazy!

I contacted Sabina by means of telephone to ask her why she does it - her response Well Ive been playing on my pc with graphics programs for the last few years And they were building up on my d-drive. I really enjoy seeing a image come together , you have an idea in your head and sit down with the goal to replicate what you see in your mind to what you see on your screen, in which I have really became good at, But at the end of the day when I finish a image (and showed it to my kids and husband) I just stuck it in the folder with the rest and went on with my day until I had another idea for a new graphic. With http://www.graphicsforfree.com I can upload all my images to the page and let the whole world see and take my work. It just makes my day when I am browsing the net and come across a image that was once just an idea I had , and see it on a major webpage that has lots of traffic . It just makes my day every time it happens.

I also asked her why she doesnt charge for her work. There are a lot of people out there that cannot afford to have top priced graphics on there page. Children looking for images for school projects etc. But the main reason I guess is because you do not get the same feeling for a image that someone bought from you. When someone buys a image it become theres. I guess in a way by giving them away I can still say it is my image or there is a part of me on the page and that feels good.

I browsed the site for a little while and noticed she doesnt even force you to put a link on your page if you dont want to , she says if you dont mind please do but it is not a requirement for taking images. I tried to think of a way to help her on her journey with her page and volunteered to redesign the page for her using a database to make it easier for her to add new images to her website. Now she can focus on what she loves to do Draw .

Sabina does accept donations to help her pay for web hosting for her site and I ask if anyone really enjoys her site and takes images why not drop her a few dollars for all she does? Or set her up a link to get her work as far out there as we can.

I just finished getting her to design a new logo for my site and would just like to say thanks Sabina for all your hard work and I look forward to seeing your graphics all over the internet!
