Royal Aromatics Inc Announces Acquisition and Corporate Restructuring
Anthony Caputo, C.E.O. of Royal Aromatics Inc., announced today the acquisition of Aromatic International LLC. The acquisition will allow Royal to expand its Fragrance development activities into the growing Natural and Organic Fragrance segment.
Neptune, N.J. (PRWEB) April 27, 2005 -- We are proud to announce that we have acquired Aromatic International LLC in an effort to strengthen our position in the growing Certified Organic and Natural Fragrance product category.
Jack Corley, formerly owner and President of Aromatic International LLC will join Royal Aromatics as President, & will direct Royals Global Sales and Marketing efforts.
In addition, we are pleased to announce the following Organizational changes:
- Robert Hindman, formerly of Orchidia Fragrances (a division of Flavorchem), joins Royal as Vice-President and Director of Sales.
- Frederic Pras joins as Sales Executive for Royal, West Coast.
-Tom McKelvey joins as Sales Executive for Royal, Midwest/Southeast.
- John Heinze, Westco Chemicals as Sales Agent, Phoenix, Arizona.
Finally, we are delighted to announce that Royal Aromatics is now the exclusive Agents for SIRIUS, Paris, premier producers and distributors of Certified Organic Essential Oils.
Our Neptune NJ facility is NOW Certified by the USDA as an N.O.P. Certified Organic Class OP -- Organic Processor. We now carry over 80 National Organic Program (N.O.P.) Certified Organic Essential Oils and Carrier Oils at our 10,000 sq ft facility.
