BlyndSpot, one of the Inland Northwest's premier cover bands will return this year to the John Dam Plaza park in the heart of downtown Richland, WA for week two of the "Live at 5" concert series, Thursday, May 26th at 5:00 PM.
After a rain shortened performance last year the guys are eager to return to the Tri-Cities area to unleash their high energy brand of entertainment.
One of the most high energy, crowd pleasing bands in the region, BlyndSpot has carved a niche for themselves for those looking for a change from the status quo.
Front man Cary Ross injects his strong vocals and his over whelming desire to entertain to the tight musical backdrop provided by Dan Brunett (drums), Kevin Josephson (bass) and Brandon Redhawk (guitar).
BlyndSpot, while heavily influenced with catchy, hook laden tunes of the 80's and 90's, will cover hits from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's as well as current chart topping hits. Concert goers of all ages will be left begging for more.
Throughout the evening the band will play many of thier own tunes, both off of thier current release "Driven" and as of yet unreleased songs. The original music is influenced by the like of U2, The Dave Mathews Band, Matchbox 20, Three Doors Down and Live. Copies of the album "Driven" will be mad available for purchase during breaks and after the show.
