Snip-its Corporation Hosts First Annual Franchisee Convention

Snip-its is a unique children's hair salon franchise. The company will host franchisees from across the country at its First Annual Convention. The Convention will take place May 1, 2 and 3 in Boston.

The Snip-its Corporation, headquartered in Natick, MA, will host its First Annual Franchisee Convention May 1, 2 &3 at the Wyndham, Boston. The theme of the convention is “Let’s Get it Started!,” and that’s just what the Company plans to do. The Convention will gather franchisees from more than 17 states, corporate team members, salon managers and Snip-its’ preferred vendors for a unique opportunity to network, share information, and join in the excitement of the Company’s success. At the Convention the Snip-its Corporation will unveil marketing initiatives for the next 12 months, introduce insightful keynote speakers, offer several opportunities for peer workshop discussions and provide seminars for franchisees in development as well as extensive training for those currently in operation.

Snip-its is a unique franchise organization that mixes children’s hair care and entertainment in a creative and unique setting. Conceived by Joanna Meiseles in 1993, the first Snip-its salon opened in Framingham, MA in 1995. Over the next several years, Meiseles opened four additional salons in the greater Boston area, and in the fall of 2003, the company launched a Franchise Program that has proven to be very successful.

The decision to host the First Annual Convention is based upon the success and rapid proliferation of the Snip-its Franchisee program. Since 2003 the company has grown over 150%.
