Fox Run at Orchard Park Becomes the First Western New York Lifecare Community to Offer a Choice Care Plan New Program Offers Entrance Fees Reduced by $25,000
As Fox Run at Orchard Park moves towards their Summer 2005 groundbreaking, they have added a third financial option for prospective residents. With Fox Run's new Choice Care Plan prospective residents can save up to $45,000 on entrance fees.

With the new plan, resident will receive the same location and lifestyle benefits as with Fox Runs other financial programs, but the entrance fees will be $25,000 less for a single resident and only $5,000 for a second person; for a total savings of $ 45,000 per couple.

With the Choice Care Plan, residents will receive lifetime access to their inviting patio home or apartment, while enjoying the communitys amenities and monthly services. Their entrance fee is 90% refundable, providing a substantial return to their estate. They will also receive 60 lifetime days of skilled nursing and 30 lifetime days of enriched housing, with no increase to their monthly service fee. After the 60 and 30-day periods, long-term care insurance policies can begin coverage. For those selecting the Choice Care Plan without long-term care insurance, they would then begin private pay coverage after the 60 and 30 day periods are finished.
