This is a great opportunity to bask in the beauty of one of San Francisco’s architectural gems and be enveloped by some of the most beautiful music written for woodwind quintet. There is no admission charge.

Ventos is the newest and most exciting woodwind quintet in the San Francisco Bay Area. Formed in January, 2005, Ventos has already performed with rave reviews throughout the Bay area.

Ventos was born out of each member's individual passion to share their artistry and inspire others while making great music as a group. Ventos (which means “Wind” in Portuguese) aspires to engage audiences young and old with exciting performances of the classic wind quintet repertoire, transcriptions for wind quintet and performing newly composed works for our genre.

Ventos is comprised of: Jeffery Pelletier-Flute, Max Hollander- Oboe, Jeff Carwile-Clarinet, Cathleen Torres-Horn Maria Yuin-Bassoon.
