Career technology company adds three key executives.

Rick R. Hollis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has been named President of the company. In this role, Mr. Hollis will provide leadership for the companys business development and operational initiatives in the career management, retained search and outplacement markets.

Mr. Hollis is the President of Dynamics Unlimited, a career-consulting firm in Oklahoma City. He has been involved in senior executive career transitioning for executives of Fortune 500 companies and senior level outplacement for corporations throughout the United States for over 21 years. He has been featured in numerous national new papers, television shows, magazines, such as, Time Magazine, US News and World Report, Newsweek, Nations Business, Money Magazine, Sports Illustrated, Business Monthly, Changing Times, Working Women and the Wall Street Journal, as an expert in career search.

Mr. Hollis has been active in the management of the International Association of Career Consulting Firms from late 80s to 2003, and he has also served as Director of Post NFL Career Transitioning for the National Football League.

Mark N. Yavelow has been promoted to Chief Strategic Officer. In this role, Mr. Yavelow will provide vision and direction for the companys strategic business initiatives across all domestic and international markets.

Mr. Yavelow has provided management consulting services addressing the organizational, management, marketing, and human resource needs of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and the Global 1000 companies for over 30 years.

Mr. Yavelow has worked as an advisor to two U.S. Presidents (Reagan & H.W. Bush) and three Governors in helping to formulate business and economic growth for international markets. He is a certified career development instructor for international interns by Oxford and Cambridge Universities. He is a frequent speaker, writer and lecturer on the 21st Century knowledge worker and how todays new economy workers bring a whole new dimension to the workplace.
He is trained as a coach, mentor, and facilitator specializing in global transfer of human capital and talent.

Mr. Yavelows clients have included AT&T, American Express, Merck, VISA, Exxon, Merrill Lynch, McKinsey, Bristol-Myers, J.C. Penney, U.S. Steel, ITT Automotive, General Motors, Anheuser-Busch, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Seagrams, GTE, General Electric, Citigroup, and The U.S. Dept. of Commerce.

Carol R. Mofford joins the company as Vice President -- Client Services. In this role, Carol will lead the firms client services group in delivering portfolio products as well as executive coaching which enables clients to glean maximum career benefits from portfolio technology.

Carol recently headed up Drake Beam Morins entrepreneurial practice area, assisting clients in starting up businesses across many industry segments including high tech, business services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and consumer products

Previously, as Managing Director of one of Drake Beam Morins New England offices, she grew that start-up operation to the company's second largest in the United States. As Vice President of Operations for TerraLogics, Inc., a start-up software company, she was part of the senior management team that developed the companys business plan infrastructure, acquired private investor financing and successfully completed an exit strategy.

As Human Resources Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation she managed an organization that delivered service to 12,000 employees in 23 facilities across New England. She developed the industrys first internal Career Center to help employees upgrade career knowledge and skills amidst rapid organizational change.
