Online Gift Shop Offers New Fundraising Program for Schools, Sports Teams and Other Organizations

VSQI Gifts (www.vsqigifts.com), an online store based in Cranford, N.J., announces a new fundraising program for local schools, Scout organizations, sports teams, church groups and civic groups.

Cranford, NJ (PRWEB) May 2, 2005 -- VSQI Gifts (www.vsqigifts.com), an online wholesale gift store, has a new program for fundraisers including a product brochure, an order form, an order collection envelope and a step-by-step instruction sheet. Anyone involved in fundraising with VSQI Gifts can create a custom flyer, selecting one or several items to sell.

VSQI Gifts can support the recommended fundraising products from the product brochure, or those involved in fundraising can select from an inventory of more than 2,000 individual items. Some items are discontinued each month, but the VSQI Gifts warehouse generally maintains item inventory in the thousands. Fundraising individuals can contact VSQI Gifts, and owner Bob Crawford will identify his best sellers, verify the inventory level of each item and explain how to obtain bigger discounts on the merchandise.

Youth involved in the fundraising program can sell items at home to their parents, relatives, friends and neighbors, at tables setup at shopping malls or street fairs; the parents can sell items at their jobs and at organizations where they are members. The organization should collect payment for their orders in advance and then order the merchandise from the VSQI Gifts.

VSQI Gifts can also supply a school store with novelty pens and a church store with many Christian religious items. If a group or organization already has a fundraising program, VSQI Gifts may be able to supplement it.

"Fundraising is a lot of work, but it is usually worth it," says Crawford. "It is difficult for many people to dig into their pockets for hard-cash donations. " So offering fun products may be a way to increase fundraising dollars. Crawford adds, "The voters have rejected many school budgets and programs have been cut. Fundraising can teach people to be a part of a team, leadership, salesmanship and money management, as well as satisfaction of accomplishment, recognition and reward."
