Knowledge Infusion Co-Founders Presents Survey Results Today

Today, at the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) HRMStrategies Conference, Knowledge Infusion's co-founders CEO Jason Averbook and President Heidi Spirgi will present the results of the inaugural workforce performance survey conducted by IHRIM and Knowledge Infusion during their session titled ‘The Next Generation of HCM as Seen in IHRIM’s 2005 Workforce Performance Survey'.

The survey explores the relationship between human capital management strategy and business performance. The findings of the survey will help organizations determine their HCM investment priorities and build a business case for technology that drives workforce performance. Some of the findings of the survey include:

  • 96% of organizations report workforce performance initiatives as a top priority in 2005
  • 95% of respondents report that HR and Training departments are collaborating more closely on workforce performance initiatives
  • Less than 12% of organizations believe they have successfully aligned their workforce to match the business performance goals of their company

“HR technology is entering a new era where it is expected to provide strategic value to organizations,” said Jason Averbook, Knowledge Infusion co-founder and chief executive officer. “HR and training teams that can prove their efforts have had a direct, positive impact on the performance of their organization through analytics and metrics are the new standard by which all HR and training departments will soon be judged.”

DoubleStar and Knowledge Infusion will be exhibiting May 2-4, at IHRIM's 2005 HRMStrategies Conference and Exhibition in booth 422.
