Adding the Pride to being Proudly Canadian

Proudly Canadian.net Canada's Business Directory and Proudly-Canadian Clothing unite in an Essay Contest where a winner will be announced every week between May 1 and Canada Day. Wonderful prizes to be given each week.

(PRWEB) May 2, 2005 -- Essay Writing Contest on What it means to be Proudly Canadian.

Proudly Canadian Clothing and Proudly Canadian Business Directory have launched a New Essay Contest where Canadians can let the world know why they are Proud to Be Canadian.

This contest is about hearing the collective voices of Canadians , local and around the world, sharing tales, humor and accomplishments on a global scale.

Many say that to be Proudly Canadian isn't that difficult. Globally they are a loved nation know for their friendly and charismatic personalities. They are a peace loving country, with a mix of multicultural groups, faiths and colours. Canada has welcomed many people over its history...which increases the richness of the cultural diversity while maintaining the friendliness Canadians are known for and still maintain their distinctive history forged through that harmony.

Proudly Canadian is more than a legal trademark and Canada's Business Directory; its two words that encompass the meaning of a nation.

This contest will try and capture the Pride that many Canadians feel they may have lost over the past few months of political confusion and scandals. It is intended to draw out the Pride once again prior to Canada Day, July 1.

Proudly Canadian Clothing and Proudly Canadian Business Directory is asking Canadians world wide to get out the paper and start creating essays and are offering a prize every week to the winning essay. All winning essays will be posted on a yet to be announced website for Canadians and the world to read.

Visit http://www.proudlycanadian.net/contest.html to share your pride with the world.
