ÂEach year, the Beverage Testing Institute has the formidable (some say enviable) task of tasting and reviewing hundreds of spirits from around the world. This task, performed under the auspices of our International Review of Spirits Competition, soon turned into something akin to a quest to find the best spirits in the world (and share them with you.) In 2004, they were pleased to discover and become reacquainted with another bumper crop of liquid gems: the Â2004 Best SpiritsÂ, from twenty-two product categories of the competition.Â
Casa Noble Crystal (Silver) Tequila, one of the most awarded tequilas in the world, having received the double gold medal from the San Francisco World Spirit Competition and the number one place by the Mexican Tequila Academy, just to mention a few, is now honored to be at the top of the list for 2004 best spirits of The Beverage Tasting Institute. Among the selected this year in Luxury Cognac: Les Antiquares du Cognac (France) 1936 Vintage Grande Champagne Cognac; Gin category: BrokerÂs (England) London Dry Gin; for Island Single Malt Scotch: Highland Park (Scotland) 25 Year Old Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky; Vodka: Jean-Marc XO (France) Vodka, just to mention some of the 24 different categories.
With repeated awards from prestigious Mexican and International institutions, Casa Noble continues to be recognized as a leader in the production of the world's best tasting tequila. Produced the traditional way in the land where it all started, Tequila, Jalisco, Casa NobleÂs fist concern has always been quality.
The Beverage Tasting Institute, founded in 1981 with the objective of producing fair and impartial wine reviews for consumers, over the years, their buying guides have appeared in the Wine Enthusiast, Restaurant Hospitality, The New Yorker Magazine, Wine & Spirits, International Wine Review, Epicurious.com, All About Beer, and many others.
About Casa Noble - THE ONE. -
For many years, our love, pride and passion in producing exceptional Tequila has been demonstrated in Casa Noble's quest for perfection. The result is a unique concept that blends originality in both the superior tequila and their decanters.
Casa Noble ultra premium Tequilas begin as carefully selected individual 10-year-old plants of Blue Agave. Each one must meet the strict requirements for water and sugar content. We slow-cook them for 38 hours in stone ovens. Then, using only the core and hearts of the agaves, we extract their potent juice. The fermentation process is 100% natural, followed by a triple distillation. The result is Tequila so pure and full of agave flavor that it has elevated the concept of tequila to new levels around the world.
