Since 1989, The National Parenting Center, North America’s leading parent advocacy organization, has offered advice and information to parents on issues that range from pregnancy through adolescence. The Seal of Approval program is a consumer testing process that gathers opinions of parents and their children regarding products that are marketed to them.

The testing process which is conducted over a two-month period solicits the opinions of parents and children of a variety of factors including: quality, appeal, age suitability, price, packaging, educational value, etc.

Products listed in this most recent report include children's CD's & DVD's, games, craft kits, dolls, and building sets as well as a number of products for parents.
