North Shore Animal League America, the world largest animal rescue organization, announced today that the League implemented a new online initiative. A newly designed website strengthens the League’s online presence and its ability to engage visitors, build community, and raise funds online.

North Shore Animal League has recently refocused efforts on its online strategy and has developed consistent marketing and communications programs to reach out to its members. The easy to navigate website reflects this new direction. The League will use GetActive Software to create and deliver graphically rich emails and other communications to keep members informed and involved.

In addition to the new site, members will now be able to take a more active role in their online fundraising activities by creating their own customized web pages, enabling members to more effectively recruit friends on behalf of the organization.

North Shore Animal League America will be able to reach a broader audience with the new software, and this will help the League continue to save the lives of tens of thousands of dogs and cats each year.
