BPMG today announced the availability of the Training Central Portal on the BPMG.org web site. This new resource consolidates professional skill development and formally accredited resources for process professionals into a single web portal.
The Training Central portal (http://www.bpmg.org/training_central.php) offers skill development resources for a wide selection of classroom and distance learning tracks and courses. All tracks and courses are carefully reviewed to ensure they meet stringent BPMG standards before being accepted for inclusion in the portal. The portal debuts with three accredited professional tracks, one distance learning track, and nineteen courses.
“Our close association with practicing members of the process community gives us great insight into just what their professional needs really are,” said Steve Towers, CEO of BPMG, “the Training Central portal really comes from them. We have simply taken their direction and acted on it to make this necessary and important resource available.”
Training Central is designed to meet a variety of needs within the process community including those for both corporate and personal goals. Portal content debuts with the most comprehensive set of process related tracks and courses available in the industry.
“There is little doubt that process professionals are serious about expanding their process skills,” stated BPMG Chief Analyst Terry Schurter, “Training Central fills a critical void in the breadth and depth needed to support professional growth in such areas as Business Process Management and Process Analysis. With Training Central, these resources are now available.”
Training Central is one more indicator of the market growth of BPM and the commitment by BPMG.org to serve the BPM community in its continuing growth and professional expansion. Training Central joins other important BPMG milestones for 2005 including offering content from over 50 of the world’s leading process experts, cutting edge research and reports, expanded case studies, free BPM RSS feeds, additional 8 Omega Business Process Framework resources and more.
The Training Central portal is hosted on the BPMG.org web site at http://www.bpmg.org/training_central.php.
