Astralcom Expands Presence and Acquires Local Ad Agency

Astralcom, LLC (d.b.a. Astralcom) today announced that they had recently reached agreement with the Kruger Group to purchase substantially all of its operating assets, intellectual property and customer contracts of its advertising agency business. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
