Fareham and Lancaster, England, 3rd May 2005: Symbios Group and Monstermob PLC announced today, a non-exclusive digital distribution agreement. The digital alliance takes effect immediately and enables both companies the benefit of marketing and distributing each others digital products, currently these are offered through a portfolio of sales channels, off and on-line, via platforms such as Mobile handsets and the web
This new association will allow for the sell -through of content to new and existing channels, integrating new customer content offers placed through network operators via MOB.TV and Symbios Group content channels.
Both Symbios Group and Monstermob customer loyalty and database will be unaffected by the coalition. Each company will retain its own customer and subscription data and billing. Both will work in co-operation of products for marketing and distribution purpose, enabling both companies to increase user base and revenue, whilst delivering a content rich portfolio to users.
The agreement will allow for a rich mesh of products, these include trend lines such as: full length audio in the form or Realtones, Polyphonic Ringtones, video games and wallpapers covering genres such as sport, TV, Film and Music.
Symbios Group and Monstermob PLC will continue to work collectively on ideas, and co-operate on new inventive product services for download platforms such as RealToneMix. RealToneMix is a radical Ringtone application that allows users to create bespoke ÂeditsÂ taken from any secure music file, convert it, then deliver a Ringtone directly to a customers mobile phone via point of purchase.
