ThomasB2B.com, (http://www.thomasb2b.com), a leading online business directory serving buyers and sellers worldwide, began publishing parts catalog information and new product news today in addition to its global business directory. While consumer websites like Froogle.com and Shopping.com have published consumer catalog information for several years, ThomasB2B.com is the first online publisher in the business-to-business arena to begin to publish business catalogs in scale. With this service, business users will be able to rapidly identify hard-to-find industrial products across dozens of vendor catalogs.

The new catalog service is offered free of charge to sellers, who agree to furnish the catalog information according to standard electronic formats. ThomasB2B.com earns revenues from its commercial listings, which appear to the right of the catalog items.

In addition to the new catalog search capability, ThomasB2B.com is also publishing digests of new product news, which allows buyers to read about important new products within hours of their introduction.
