The program has been designed to provide vacation renters in Southwest Florida access to a professional concierge.

There are two levels of assistance:
1. Virtual concierge service- the guest receives a pre arrival call to ascertain what they will need. TeCroney Concierge Services then prepares an agenda and general information packet and leaved it for the guest upon arrival. The guest will also have access to TCS Errands Unlimited. They then follow up with a welcome call.
2. VIP concierge service- this program includes all that is offered in the virtual service the guest would also be greeted two days after they arrive and receive a welcome basket and the concierge will give them a brief orientation of the area.
The programs have been designed to be friendly for the independent owner who rents out their property without a rental company, rental managers, and rental agents.
