Five genres are being accepted: Literary Fantasy, Modern Mythology, Religious/Spiritual, Medieval, Psychological Literature. Heliand Publishing is issuing a call for submissions for your summer short stories. Submit your work and get your name known.

With summer here, Heliand Publishing is anxious to publish. There is no better time for Heliand Publishing to receive submissions. Heliand Publishing is interested in recent, old and not yet written short stories. Heliand Publishing is in the process of collecting short-stories that will be post on the web for free. Heliand Publishing will be collecting work from now until the end of September 2005. At that time, Heliand Publishing will launch a more complete website with many authors original work. Readers can view and comment on each story. Heliand Publishing will even provide an email for each author so that fans can communicate directly with the authors. Heliand Publishing wants old writers and new writers to get their chance to have their work read and appreciated. Authors work is not considered to be property of Heliand Publishing and an author can request his work be taken of the website at anytime. In spring of 2006, Heliand Publishing is going to take a collection of the most popular short-stories that have been posted on the web and publish them into an anthology. If an authors work is selected to be published in an anthology, Heliand Publishing will approach the author with an offer and contract to buy the piece of work. Until a contract is signed by both Heliand Publishing and the author, Heliand Publishing has no rights to any work posted on the web.
