The solution combines interactive IVR, call forwarding, messaging, CRM and call recording with an intuitive web based admin system, allowing different members of staff varying levels of access to manage and perfect a companies call handling and end customer experience.
Combining this with HotchilliÂs internet product range means that they can satisfy clients total communications requirements. Hence they are now branding themselves as a total Communications Provider.
HotchilliÂs financial results for the year 2004 show sales of over Â£3 million and are looking at sales in excess of Â£5 million for 2005, Profits are up from Â£240,000 to over Â£1 million for year end March 2005.
