Soleil Film Completes Domestic Distribution Deal for its Award Winning Celebrity Profile Television Series

(OTC: SFLM.PK) announced today that its award winning celebrity profile series, Autograph" will be syndicated domestically by Karma Media, beginning June 15, 2005. Karma Media distributes content to over 600 broadcasters and publishers, across 4 continents, through television, Internet, print and other media, reaching over 400 million households.
Karmas distribution network includes prime time spots on DirecTV (NYSE: DTV - News), Dish Network, owned by EchoStar Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: DISH - News) as well as other noted broadcasters.
