Zier Index Reports Real Estate Bubble Continues in Crestone, Colorado

This has triggered a more rapid growth than any seen over the past 30 years with even more anticipated. Prices are up about 10 % so far this year.

This community has fully improved alpine lots with underground utilities and some are on paved streets.
