His background includes heading up SRI's International Innovation Center, where he orchestrated many innovation programs for world-class companies such as Yamaha, GE, Carrier and others.
Abend has been working with a stealth team during the past several years, distilling their experience and tools into a patent pending system. He was recently coaxed into sharing some of his knowledge in the form of a corporate business seminar series. Today, a special Âstart-up editionÂ of the seminar series was launched at Girvan Institute of Technology for the companies at the incubator.
