North Carolina Association of Health Plans Endorses Identity Theft Legislation

Today, the North Carolina Association of Health Plans (NCAHP) publicly endorsed North Carolina Senate Bill 1048 and its companion North Carolina House Bill 1248. Earlier this week, NCAHP testified on behalf of the industry in support of the identity theft legislation. During the early drafting of this legislation, NCAHP was very active with the Attorney General's Office to show the industrys support.
