NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc. (RealEstateArts.com) to Rebrand and Direct a Marketing Campaign for the New Park Center at Kemper Lakes

BPG Properties Ltd. hires NYC based Real Estate Arts, Inc., an advertising agency specializing in commercial and residential real estate marketing, to rebrand and direct their marketing campaign for the new Park Center at Kemper Lakes.

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 24, 2005 -- Real Estate Arts Inc. (REA) has been hired by BPG Properties Ltd. to rebrand and direct a marketing campaign for the new Park Center at Kemper Lakes. An affiliate of BPG Properties Ltd. has recently acquired the property previously known as Kemper Lakes Corporate Center in Long Grove, Illinois. Set on a beautiful 164-acre campus adjacent to Kemper Lakes Golf Course, the property includes four Class A office buildings with over 1.1 million square feet of office space and features amenities such as conference center facilities, fitness center, day-care center, and first class dining facilities.

BPG Properties Ltd. hired REA Chicago to rebrand the property as part of its repositioning plan which includes extensive capital improvements. After renaming the property "Park Center at Kemper Lakes," REA Chicago rolled out a rebranding effort that will reintroduce the property's luxury campus image and enhance the new identity of the Park Center at Kemper Lakes.

REA Chicagos Vice President of Business Development, Elizabeth Powers, believes that, "REA Chicago has the talent and vision to design and implement a marketing plan that will ensure the success of the Park Center at Kemper Lakes. With the Park Center's superior amenities and serene location, we plan to emphasize that the 1.1 million square foot office park is a high-end corporate campus that provides the ultimate corporate lifestyle to its clients. BPG is investing in an extensive renovation to further enhance this already superior office campus. REA is excited to continue in a tradition of excellence as we move forward on the Park Center project."
