Mardox Networks of Canada has Been Sold
New ownership and a new name corporate name slated for May 2005.
Sherbrooke, Canada (PRWEB) May 22, 2005 -- Mardox Networks, one of Canada's largest Internet and Web Development companies has been sold to a new development team. To avoid confusion, the new entity will be known as Mardox Corporation.
Nelson Buck, the previous owner has sold all the rights to his software, hardware and numerous websites to the new Mardox Corporation.
Mr. Buck has led and developed Mardox Networks through a period of explosive growth and soon realized that with growth comes more responsibility, time and effort and that the company would benefit from a larger development team. He decided to sell the company and allow others to nurture its growth. During the transition period, Mr. Buck has agreed to stay on as a technical advisor until the transition is completed, estimated to be within one year.
Larry Richards, spokesperson for the new company ads, "We will be offering all the same services that the original Mardox offered but with rather impressive improvements. The improvements will occur seamlessly and will not affect existing current or past clients. In fact we hope to hear from the old as well as current Mardox clients to learn if they have any comments on improving customer service."
