New Key Positions Named to Declude's Management Team - Richard Billman and Kristina O’Connell join Declude, Inc.

Richard Billman joins Declude as Director of Development. Billman brings strong technical skills and extensive experience managing software development groups using best engineering practices to bring high quality software to market. Past success includes directing and managing engineering and technical development at ZNQ3 Inc, CUseeME Networks and OpenMap Software. One of Billman’s greatest achievements was his co-invention of dynamic authentication and initialization, patent pending at ZNQ3. Richard received his BS Engineering degree from Cornell University.

Also joining the Declude team is Kristina O’Connell, Director of Marketing. O’Connell has over twelve years of high tech marketing, with a history of creating and managing programs that deliver results ranging from start up mode to mature companies. Prior to joining Declude, O’Connell had greatest industry success with F5 Networks. Kristina was responsible for leading F5’s overall marketing direction. As one of the original F5 employees, Kristina was instrumental in helping F5 pioneer the load balancing market. O’Connell holds a BS Business Marketing degree from Salem State Collage.
