Dr. David B. Wood, ND of Lynnwood, WA was recently chosen to co-host the nationally telecast television program "Doctor to Doctor" with other doctors chosen from around the nation. The show, which features Christian healthcare providers discussing issues important to people of faith, airs on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) and its affiliated stations.

"Doctor to Doctor" brings doctors from all over the country to its television-viewing audience to teach about nutrition, exercise, vitamins, aging, weight loss and health care—addressing real life and real questions from a biblical perspective.

"God's plan is for health in your life," says Dr. Wood. "In the show, we discuss how in today's fast-paced lifestyle, you can stay healthy, find the answers you seek, and keep your life in balance through homeopathy and naturopathic medicine.”

As president and co-founder of Trinity Family Health Clinic and graduate of Bastyr University, Dr. Wood has been a practicing naturopathic physician with his wife Dr. Cheryl Wood since March 1984. They are in practice with two other naturopaths at their clinic, which features an onsite and online pharmacy to provide patients with the highest quality alternative medicine, homeopathic, herbal, vitamin, mineral, hormone, glandular and enzyme preparations available.

"Through my practice and our pharmacy, we help people change in positive ways," says Dr. Wood. "To be committed to positive changes means openness, collaboration and personal responsibility, all traits that we also explore on the show."

In addition to co-hosting "Doctor to Doctor," Dr. Wood hosts a weekly radio program called "Health, Hope and Healing" broadcast on AM 820 KGNW each Saturday morning at 11 AM. He has served on the executive board of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians and is also cofounder, vice president, and chief medical officer of BioGenesis Nutraceuticals, Inc., a business that formulates and distributes alternative medicine to professionals and pharmacies.
