Clearview Staffing Software, the market and technology leader in healthcare staffing, recently signed All Health Services, an industry leader in healthcare placement service, to use its flagship software, TSS.
When All Health Services started in September 2004, they conducted their entire healthcare staffing process using only a paper-based system. They quickly realized they needed a fully-comprehensive staffing solution that could support their rapid growth. Initially, AHS chose another software package, but after three months of use found that it was not meeting their staffing needs. AHS needed a business partner that understood the nursing industry. For AHS, Clearview Staffing Software stood out from the competition.
ÂAll Health Services spent a lot of time evaluating staffing software packages before deciding to become a TSS client. TSS covered all of our bases that needed to be covered, and was a great staffing solution for us, said Robert Barrett, Co-Owner of All
After losing an employee just prior to implementing TSS, AHS was concerned about covering that individualÂs day-to-day tasks. They wanted to make sure they would be able to avoid critical errors in assignment tracking, scheduling, and staff communication. TSS streamlined the process, by increasing their billable hours and maximizing their scheduling system. TSS also alerted AHS of nurses expiring credentials. This benefit has ultimately become a major selling point for AHS in acquiring new clients.
For AHS, creating an invoice previously took a full business day. With TSS, all of their monthly invoicing is done in a matter of minutes. Since AHS invoices correctional facilities on a monthly basis, they would have to hold nurses' time cards until the end of the month, reconcile them, determine billing rates, and then create numerous separate invoices. This process took several days. Now, AHS reconciles the time cards as they come in using the TSS Timecard Manager.
Barrett went on to say, ÂThe interface was very easy to use and understand. Our overall efficiency rate has increased since the implementation of TSS and has enabled us to focus more energy on growing our business.Â
Clearview Staffing Software President, David Gorman, said ÂFor Clearview to have the opportunity to service All Health after they originally selected an alternative product is a true testament to Robert, his staff as well as the TSS solution. IÂm happy we were given the chance to help All Health solve some key business process inefficiencies they were experiencing.Â
