Product Ventures, a leading product and packaging design & development firm, announces that Michael Carlon, Director of Consumer & Market Insights, has joined Fairfield headquarters.

– Product Ventures welcomes Michael Carlon, Director of Consumer & Market Insights, to its Fairfield headquarters. Mike will guide the agency’s sought-after consumer research offering for product and package design. As an experienced creative researcher with both client- and agency-side experience, Mike will help Product Ventures continue its success in consumer-driven design and development. Mike brings a documented track record of revealing and applying actionable insights to develop, implement and improve strategic marketing decisions.

Immediately prior to joining Product Ventures, Mike led Consumer/Market Insights initiatives at Unilever Home & Personal Care for key brands Suave, Vaseline, Axe, 'all' and Dove. Previous to Unilever, Mike built his career developing and managing successful marketing and insights programs at companies like MasterCard International and interactive marketing agency, Modem Media.

Mike holds a MBA from Fairfield University and a BA in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut. He also is an adjunct professor of Marketing at Fairfield University.
