The 2005 Wireless & Mobile WorldExpo was tremendously successful, building upon its strong showing in 2004, and gathering recognition and acclaim from attendees and vendors throughout the wireless and mobile industry.
Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) May 26, 2005 -- The 2005 Wireless & Mobile WorldExpo (http://wirelessandmobile.wowgao.com) was tremendously successful, building upon its strong showing in 2004, and gathering recognition and acclaim from attendees and vendors throughout the wireless and mobile industry.
The first day of the conference began with highly successful conference sessions, attracting large audiences, including c-level executives and technology managers from prestigious companies such as Oracle, Cisco Systems, Nortel, Route1, Lucent Technologies, Bell Canada, Motorola, Defywire, Hewlett Packard, Scotiabank, Sun Life Financial and many more.
Among the highlights of Day 1 were the keynote sessions. The morning keynote, delivered by Sumit Deshpande of Computer Associates, entitled "Keys to a Successful Wireless Enterprise" played to standing room only. The afternoon keynote was equally successful, focusing on the implementation of 802.11 and related technologies.
The Business Opportunities Gala Trade Dinner, attended by leading Canadian and Korean figures from government and business sectors, served to develop successful trade opportunities with Korea, and brought a successful close to Day 1 activities.
The second day of the conference produced excitement that reached a fever pitch, as registrants attended standing room only conference sessions, and participated in exciting prize draws for a chance to win Blue Jays tickets, IT kits, and a Sony wireless TV. Attendees also benefited from networking activities such as live product demonstrations, and a VIP networking luncheon, which allowed them to interact with each other and form valuable business relationships.
