Premier Realty Concepts Welcomes New Associate Realtor Tanya Record as Company Growth Continues
In an effort to serve its expanding business, Premier Realty Concepts broker-owners Peter West, CCIM and Corey Bishop, CRS, announced the addition of Adams resident and North Adams native, Tanya Record, to its steadily expanding team of realty professionals.

I took a three-day course at the Pittsfield Crowne Plaza, read the books for three hours a day for two weeks, took the state exam in Springfield and got my credential to become a 'Licensed Real Estate Professional. A friend told me about Premiers growth and need for new agents, I met with Corey and Pete and I was hired that night."
Record, who officially began work at the company March 7, received immediate training and support from West and Bishop, utilizing videos and the companys contacts with area banks for essential financing facts. She said, With Premiers help, I created a letter to my personal contacts and mailed it with my business cards. Im very aggressive-I want to get the job done. This is my business and Im only going to get out of it what I put in." Record completed her third sale by mid-April, six-weeks after starting her new career.
Premier Realty recently faced the fortunate need of having to add several new associates to handle the exponential growth it is experiencing in both its commercial and residential businesses. Edward F. Nimmons, the respected Berkshire County banking professional, joined Premier March 1 and is embarking on a second career after recently retiring after 40 years in finance, most recently, as SVP at Hoosac Bank.
