Animas management, identifying the need for an integrated quality and compliance management system and the need to streamline its day-to-day implementation of quality systems, chose Pilgrim believing it uniquely met the companys needs.

SmartCAPA, a component of Pilgrims SmartSolve solution, is a 100% Web-based nonconformance/customer complaint and deviation management solution, built on Microsoft .NET technology. The system functions as a single CAPA/Complaints (Corrective and Preventive Action) platform that captures and categorizes all CAPA's by product, process or general exceptions.
