Jackson Healthcare Solutions has named Douglas B. Kline to the new post of chief financial officer. Doug will coordinate all financial and accounting operations for Jackson Healthcare Solutions (JHS), including the start-up of new businesses.
ÂThe rapid growth we continue to experience dictates a full-time focus on our corporate finances, Jackson Healthcare Solutions Chief Executive Officer Richard L. Jackson said. ÂWeÂre fortunate to have attracted an executive of DougÂs caliber to chart our financial course.Â
Kline brings to the company more than 30 years of progressive financial and operations experience from several industries, including healthcare. Among his professional accomplishments are starting up and developing a new division for a large construction equipment rental operation and directing internal audit functions for a $180-million public holding company with eight operating subsidiaries.
A certified public accountant (CPA) in Florida with BS and MBA degrees from Florida State University, Doug spent the first seven years of his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse.
ÂIÂm extremely enthusiastic about joining such a progressive, rapidly growing organization, Kline said. ÂOn the heels of the companyÂs making the Inc. 500 and achieving 100 million dollars in revenue in 2004, I look forward to helping to take Jackson Healthcare Solutions to the next level.Â
