Course Advisor Names Editorial Director

Additional Staff to Develop Content for http://www.CourseAdvisor.com

Course Advisor Inc., an online research directory for education and training resources, today announced that it had hired Lisa Ruffino as Editorial Director. Ms. Ruffino’s initial focus will be on developing proprietary content for http://www.CourseAdvisor.com.

Ms. Ruffino joins Course Advisor from LAR Editorial Services, where she was editorial project director. At LAR, Ms. Ruffino worked with the Coalition for Environmentally Responsible Conventions (http://www.cerc04.org) and the Union of Concerned Scientists (http://www.ucsusa.org), for whom she prepared the nationally distributed publication, New Energy for America: Jobs, Security & Prosperity for the 21st Century.

Prior to LAR, Ms. Ruffino held positions at Earthwatch Institute in Maynard, Massachusetts (http://www.earthwatch.org), and Scudder Kemper Investments in Boston, Massachusetts (http://www.scudder.com).
