In his position, Mr. Keiser is responsible for overseeing all functional aspects of EPSis sales and marketing organization; including direct sales, market strategic planning, public relations and corporate marketing.

Mr. Keiser, 45, joins EPSi with extensive executive-level experience in technology applications and new business growth in the healthcare sector. Most recently he served for three years as a Managing Director of Outcomes Measurement and Vice President in Knowledge Discovery, a division of Cerner Corporation. In his roles, he was responsible for application development, packaging, sales, consulting, marketing, third party relationships and intellectual property creation for Cerners data warehousing, business intelligence and knowledge content solutions. During his tenure, he was responsible for creating the highest revenue growth application within Cerner.

Prior to Cerner, he was the founder and CEO of @Outcome, Inc., an Austin, Texas e-Health company focused on web-based clinical workflow, documentation, clinical product development and distribution process improvement in the specialty health care areas of Orthopedics and Cardiology. Mr. Keiser also was Vice President of marketing and Strategic Planning for Medicus Systems, Inc. (Chicago, IL) and Vice President and General Manager of the healthcare division of Synthesys Technologies (Austin, TX).

Mr. Keiser received his bachelors degree in communications from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He is a member of the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society and currently serves on the HIMSS National CIS Clinical Standards Task Force.
