In his position, Mr. Gragg is responsible for overseeing all functional aspects of EPSis consulting organization including: productivity standards development and reporting; costing for health care services; reimbursement contract modeling; contractual allowance and net revenue calculations; department, program and service performance reporting; physician benchmarking and quality assessment; operating and capital standard budgeting; employee level and product line budgeting; and long-range and strategic planning.

Mr. Gragg, 46, joins EPSi with extensive experience in financial decision support systems and data warehousing in health care, including selling, directing and managing the largest single DSS rollout in the industry. He has held numerous key senior executive positions for leading HIT and DSS vendors playing an instrumental role in their success and growth and is an industry expert in selling, developing and managing systems implementation, financial consulting services, design of decision support and data warehouse software installations, business partnerships and development partnerships.

Most recently, he was a director at Cerner Corporation and was responsible for the development, implementation and consulting methodology for Cerners multi-dimensional data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. Prior to that, he spent 16 years in various roles with Avega/HCm, including Senior Vice President of business development and Vice President of services, where he was responsible for the decision support consulting practice nationwide for a 400+ healthcare client base.

Mr. Gragg received his masters degree in business administration and a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Utah.
