ST. MARYS, GA (PRWEB) June 5, 2005 -- Amelia Presbyterian Church is expanding its ministry from Fernandina Beach, Fla., to the St. Marys/Kingsland, Ga., area with a new Reformed small group. The group will hold its first meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22 at the home of Brad and Lisa Naylor, 803 Baytree Circle in St. Marys.
Our congregation is associated with the Presbyterian Church in America and the St. Marys PCA church closed in 1999," said the Rev. Jerry Klemm, pastor of Amelia Presbyterian. We have a wonderful opportunity to provide a new worship community for former members of that congregation as well as others who have an interest in Reformed teachings."
The St. Marys small group will examine current topics of interest including parenting, marriage and Christian living from a Reformed and biblical perspective. Dinner will be served at the kickoff meeting on June 22, and childcare will be provided at the home. Everyone is welcome regardless of denomination or religious background. Call Brad or Lisa Naylor at (912) 673-7105 for directions and more information.
