Badger Realty Brokers $900,000 Sale of Land to Olympia Companies for a New 98-room Hilton Hampton Inn & Suites

Three adjacent properties along the White Mountain Highway (Routes 16 & 302) in North Conway, New Hampshire were purchased for a total of $900,000 by Olympia Companies of Portland, Maine, which has over 40 years experience in real estate development and hotel management. The purchase was brokered by Dick Badger, senior partner of Badger Realty, who was engaged as a Buyer Agent to find this new location for the Olympia Companies. Olympia, which currently owns and manages 13 independent and franchised hotels in Maine, New Hampshire and Virginia, plans to build a 98-room Hilton Hampton Inn & Suites hotel on the site, to be open in 2006.

North Conway, NH (PRWEB) June 5, 2005 -- The Olympia Companies of Portland, Maine have purchased three adjacent properties in the resort area of New Hampshires Mt. Washington Valley, for a 98-room Hilton Hampton Inn & Suites. Dick Badger, senior partner of Badger Realty, was engaged as a Buyer Agent to find this new location for the Olympia Companies.

The site, which is located on the White Mountain Highway (Routes 16 and 302), consists of three side-by-side parcels of land north of McDonalds Restaurant, formerly owned individually by CMC Realty Trust, Priority Development, Inc., and Frank and Zelda Jannuzzi. Olympia, which has over 40 years experience in real estate development and hotel management, hopes to start construction this year and be open for business in 2006. The hotel will be built by Olympias design/construction division, Olympia Development, and will be operated by its management division, Olympia Hotel Management. Olympia Development is currently the design/construction manager for the 131-room Hilton Garden Inn in Portsmouth, NH to open spring of 2006 and was responsible for the renovation of the renowned Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth, Maine and the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Waterfront in the historic district of Portland, Maine.
