The Olympia Companies of Portland, Maine have purchased three adjacent properties in the resort area of New Hampshire’s Mt. Washington Valley, for a 98-room Hilton Hampton Inn & Suites. Dick Badger, senior partner of Badger Realty, was engaged as a Buyer Agent to find this new location for the Olympia Companies.

The site, which is located on the White Mountain Highway (Routes 16 and 302), consists of three side-by-side parcels of land north of McDonald’s Restaurant, formerly owned individually by CMC Realty Trust, Priority Development, Inc., and Frank and Zelda Jannuzzi. Olympia, which has over 40 years experience in real estate development and hotel management, hopes to start construction this year and be open for business in 2006. The hotel will be built by Olympia’s design/construction division, Olympia Development, and will be operated by its management division, Olympia Hotel Management.
