Head Coach Joins Empyrean Management Group Team

Faulkner joins EMG as a Training Consultant with an emphasis on Diversity. In his new role with EMG Faulkner will be responsible for marketing and managing Empyreans Getting Hired 101 program. Getting Hired 101 is a training program geared towards college students preparing to enter the workforce. The course has been put on at schools such as Hampton University and Delaware State University and most recently at Ursinus College.

GH 101 takes students through a typical corporate hiring process, from resume preparation to behavioral interview techniques used within most Fortune 500 companies. The course is intended to provide the students with the knowledge and skills required to secure their first jobs out of school.

Faulkner comes to Empyrean from Cheyney University where he was the Head Coach of Cheyneys football team. Prior to his stint at Cheyney, Faulkner had spent much of the last 25 years coaching and mentoring at the collegiate level at schools such as the University of Missouri. In his new role Group Faulkner will also be a key member of EMGs Diversity Team where he will be tasked with working with clients to implement Diversity Recruiting strategies.
