Spiderhost Announces Renewal of ESPN/Genesis Radio Agreement

Marks third renewal of service contract with all ESPN stations across Florida

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) June 8, 2005 -- Spiderhost, Orlandos leading IT solutions provider, is proud to announce the re-signing of its partnership agreement with ESPN Radio across central Florida. The agreement encompasses ESPNs stations in Orlando, Tampa and Melbourne, Florida: WLVU 1470 AM, WWBA 1040 AM, WIXL 1190 AM, WHOO 1080 AM, and WIXC 1060 AM.

Under the terms of the new one-year contract, Spiderhost will support the hosting and website maintenance needs of all ESPN/Radio Genesis websites. These services will further the development of ESPN Radios attempts to create a new generation of sports-focused consumer access via the Internet. Financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.

Spiderhost will also provide the full suite of Internet-related services for all the stations. Including connectivity, web design and hosting, live streaming of the stations local daily programs, and IT consulting.

The relationship began in early 2002, when Genesis Communications launched its original ESPN stations in Orlando. And was renewed for second time in May 2004.

The ESPN stations are a subsidiary of Genesis Communications, based in Atlanta, Georgia.
