A free, fully-operational version has been introduced and "paid-for" versions have been upgraded. They now include a facility to consolidate projections for multiple subsidiaries (with single or mixed currencies) and a dynamic checklist for analyzing cash flow forecasts and improving cashflow.
Cashflow Plan helps a business plan and improve future cash flows and to anticipate funding needs. It generates monthly cash flow projections for a year ahead with weekly forecasts for the initial months. Fully-integrated income statements, balance sheets and ratio analyses with extensive charts are also created. For easy updating, projections can be rolled forward a month at a time.
Cashflow Plan is aimed at businesses with tight cash flows for use by professional planners and managers with minimal experience of cash forecasting. Six versions are available to suit different-size businesses engaged in manufacturing, distribution or services. Each version can handle US/Canadian and UK/International accounting formats. Trial and free copies can be downloaded from PlanWare.
Special features include Quik-Tour, Quik-Plan for compiling 'first-cut' projections, and several tools for 'what-ifs' and sensitivity analysis. Cashflow Plan's main Excel file contains hundreds of menu options and buttons, dozens of formatted reports and graphed variables, and up to sixteen thousand formulae.
