Nevada Conservatives Frustrated with Republican Leadership"

Times should be good for the Republican Party while maintaining control of the White House and majorities in both the House and Senate. Based on concerns over budget deficits and unrestrained illegal immigration, increasingly more and more conservatives are leaving the Republicans for ideological reasons and out of frustration at ineffectual leadership. The Nevada Independent Conservative Political Action Committee (NICPAC), aggressive for change, exists to give a voice to independent conservatives who feel they have been shut out of the Republican Party.

Reno, NV (PRWEB) June 10, 2005 -- A breath of fresh air will reach Nevada conservatives if a new political action committee has any say. The Nevada Independent Conservatives, located at www.nvconservatives.com, are committed to providing a voice to Independents and Conservatives throughout Nevada.

Times should be good for the Republican Party; after all they have control of the White House and majorities in both the House and Senate. Undoubtedly they are still patting themselves on the back for their electoral victories, but they also see storm clouds on the horizon. The Republican Party is starting to realize that they arent the only game in town. Increasingly more and more conservatives are leaving the Republicans for ideological reasons and out of frustration at ineffectual leadership.

What happened to the Republican Party? Why is government spending running out of control? Why is illegal immigration not being adequately addressed? Why isnt more being accomplished?

The Washoe County Republican Party, as an organization, is about as effective as a lead balloon. Outdated information is provided on a website that looks like a 5th grader designed it on an etch-a-sketch. Previous offers of help during the Presidential election were disregarded and apparently unappreciated.

It used to be the case that any conservative living in Northern Nevada would be hard pressed to find a way to be active in politics. That used to be the case, but now an alternative exists to the Republican Partys domination. In Reno, NV, a group of young conservatives have formed their own Political Action Committee to accomplish what the Republican Party seemingly cannot.

The Nevada Independent Conservative Political Action Committee (NICPAC) exists to give a voice to independent conservatives who feel they have been shut out of the Republican Party. Whereas both power and complacency from knowing that Nevada is a conservative state has made the Republicans lethargic, NICPAC is hungry and aggressive for change.
